I offer support in life skills, health and wellness, building confidence, self-esteem, and reducing anxiety. I also support children with autism, ADHD, or disabilities. Coaching sessions may involve a parent or guardian. This will be discussed during the consultation.

- One-on-one coaching sessions (45–60 minutes) are offered weekly or bi-weekly online. After 3–5 virtual sessions, in-person meetings may be considered if it’s in the client’s best interest. Sessions focus on caregiving strategies, stress management, and emotional support.
