Health and wellness coaching is a supportive, collaborative process that focuses on helping you improve your physical, emotional, and mental well-being. If you or someone you love is feeling weighed down by health concerns, unexpected life changes, stress, or habits that no longer serve you, this process offers compassionate support and practical solutions. Together, we’ll work on identifying the root causes of your challenges, replacing unhelpful patterns with healthier ones, and developing strategies that fit your lifestyle. This can include supporting you through life transitions, helping you stay consistent with self-care, strengthening relationships, setting boundaries, or navigating loss and emotional pain caused by your particular situation.
Our sessions blend health coaching with therapeutic approaches, incorporating mindful conversation, root-cause work, emotional regulation tools, and relaxation techniques. This combination addresses both the practical and emotional sides of change—helping you not only set goals but also understand the deeper factors influencing your habits and choices.

- Education and Resources: Experience the benefits of movement and mindfulness with supportive, guided walking sessions. These sessions offer a compassionate listening ear and emotional support while engaging in a relaxed, natural environment. Walk and Talk Sessions are available as part of our coaching package, scheduled in advance and offered midway through the program and again near its conclusion to support your ongoing growth.

- Mindfulness and Relaxation Techniques: I will help you to implat mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques, relaxation exercises, and hypnotherapy to promote relaxation and reduce.
- Holistic Approach: I take a holistic approach to health and wellness, addressing all aspects of an individual's life, including physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. This comprehensive approach helps individuals achieve balance and resilience in the face of stress.
- Accountability and Motivation: When working together I will provide accountability and motivation to help you stay committed to your wellness goals.
- Education and Resources: You will gain education on stress management techniques, healthy lifestyle habits, nutrition, exercise, and other relevant topics. I will provide you with the resources, tools, and referrals to support you in your journey towards better health and well-being.
- Stress Reduction Techniques: Teach stress management techniques such as mindfulness, meditation, and relaxation exercises to enhance the quality of life.
- Walk and Talk Sessions: Provide a listening ear and emotional support through walking sessions.
- Nutritional Guidance: Support healthy eating habits and meal planning to support overall wellness and manage specific health conditions.
- Emotional Support: Offer companionship and emotional support, helping to combat loneliness and improve mental well-being. Exercise and Physical Activity: Explore and implement therapeutic exercise routines to improve mobility, strength, and overall health according to client needs.
