Health and Wellness Program (In-Person) »

At Unique Mins Wellness, I offer an in-person health and wellness program designed to help you or your loved one overcome challenges and navigate life transitions successfully. With a background in counseling, I provide deep understanding and quality support through difficult times. Together, we will focus on enhancing overall well-being and developing or maintaining essential life skills.

These in-person sessions are ideal for individuals needing assistance with health or wellness, such as mobility, self-care, and other areas requiring personal support. This program is especially suited for the elderly or those requiring health, wellness, and personal care assistance. As a health coach, my primary goal is to work with you to find ways to promote self-independence, focusing on your health and well-being.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Rate : 50 CAD to 140 CAD / Hour

Contract Duration : 3 to 6 months.

Trial Sessions : The first 3 sessions are trial sessions, allowing you to determine if the program is the right fit. After completing these sessions, you can choose to book for either 3 or 6 months based on your needs.

Goal : To encourage independence and promote a healthier, happier lifestyle.
